The Kennedys star is now pursuing sole legal custody of their 6-year old daughter, Suri Cruise. An insider tells UsMagazine.com, “This is about protecting her daughter. She wants to be in charge of how Suri is being raised and didn’t want her to have an exclusively Scientology education.” With that said, the divorce of TomKat is just beginning to unfold.
