Lydia Belton, Ph.D, Ct.H.A, who is also known as Dr. Tranquility, is a mental health expert with a background in Psychology, Relaxation Physiology for Mind-Body Medicine from Harvard University’s Mind Body Institute, and Columbia University’s Rosenthal Center in Botanical Medicine. She worked as an early response therapist for the International Red Cross during 911 in NYC. She has also been active in working with outreach organizations including the steering committee for the Children’s Museum of Manhattan. Dr.Tranquility has helped numerous people address P.T.S.D. (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder), Anxiety Disorder and Phantom Limb Syndrome.  Over the last decade, from her platforms on drtranquility.com, Lydia has worked with, promoted, and interviewed countless experts in New York City, Los Angeles, London and around the globe.
