Escape from your hometown with your love and go for a drive (or flight, depending on your location) to a charming Autumn getaway nestled in a sea of trees. Try to find a Bed and Breakfast to set the right atmosphere. There are few things quite as relaxing and romantic as waking up in a quiet, calm town with nothing but beautiful, crisp fall weather and a gorgeous natural landscape surrounding you.
The pumpkin picking itself will be a blast as this affords you both some creative opportunites. Discuss the size, shape, and particular orange hue of your options. Take heed to your lover’s opinion, lest you’ll find yourself carving a zucchini by yourself. Do you want a fat pumpkin, or a tall skinny one? Remember, you’ll be carving these later.
Speaking of carving, show off your artistic side while you’re at it. Channel your inner Da Vinci and do your best rendition of each other’s faces when carving your pumpkins.
